Sale & Leaseback
If you have a piece of land and requirement for such a facility, but lack the capital budgets to deliver the same, we are able to purchase land from you at market value, build an Eco Business Centre and lease back the centre to you at a market/economic rent for a term of years to be agreed.
Alternatively we could acquire a site that suits your needs within your area and deliver an Eco Business Centre subject to pre-agreed lease terms.
