The Helmsley group is currently developing an Eco Business Centre for City of York Council. This is a blueprint that can be replicated on other sites throughout the country, and has the flexibility for you to create a layout that allows your occupiers to grow and expand their business.

The Eco Business Centre sits on a one acre site and extends to approximately 20,000 sqft (1,860 sqm), over ground and first floors, accommodating up to 60 individual units.
