Commercial property syndication
The syndication of commercial property is one of our key services, which enables you to become a beneficial owner of part of one or more commercial property and subsequently receive a share of the rental income plus any capital growth.
Commercial lending
We offer secured loans to meet the short to medium term requirements of entrepreneurs and established businesses to fund property-related projects.
Syndicated loans
To complement our lending activity, we offer our clients attractive returns on the secured loans in our portfolio. Typically, Helmsley initially lends the funds and then these loans are offered for syndication to our clients. As a syndicate member, you become beneficially entitled to the security, the interest and the capital of the loan. Returns of between 10 to 12% p.a. are achieved. Loans are usually for periods of between 9 and 12 months.
Property development
Our interest in property includes identifying and project managing property development opportunities, often acting as joint venture partners with existing landowners or clients. We operate both in the commercial and high value residential markets.
